Word by Word

Course 1 Word-by-Word relates the phonetic alphabet to pronunciation and spelling. All the phonemic elements of English are represented through about 1,650 words in 9 series, totalling 45 lessons plus quizzes. Vocabulary exercises are also provided. The course can be used independently or as additional practice for those needing specific pronunciation help.
